In a continued effort to stay true to our core beliefs that “People are the key to renewing the hospitality industry in Ireland” we are delighted to be working with Criteria Corp based out of the USA. This new partnership be an integral element of allowing bē introduce and develop a benchmark into the Hospitality Industry for a variety of roles from entry level positions all the way through to senior management and executive roles. 

Why Assessment Testing

For the people working in the industry it will allow us to identify when you have achieved not only the skills required but the abilities to take the steps forward in your career, while also allowing bē in most cases to negotiate a better package for you

We will present a profile of both your experience and achievements in the industry, accompanied by a comprehensive insight into your skills, personality and behavioral traits.

bē is committed to building a benchmark for our industry, that will allow us not only showcase that all people are different but more importantly that all people in the same role are indeed at a different level in that role.

Hence we believe that it should not come down to the recruiter with the golden tongue that negotiates you a better package, it should be based off the fact that you are ranked higher in your particular role than the rest of the applicants applying and hence have actually earned it. 

We have broken the assessment tests down into three separate and equally important sections. Personality, Aptitude and Skills.
This will allow you to take them 1 at a time and only need between 10 to 20 minutes per test. However it is imperative that you find the time to complete all three sections.

Personality Tests

Personality tests are designed to measure traits that are associated with successful performance of a certain role. They evaluate behavioral traits that don’t tend to change much over time. There are no right or wrong answers on these tests, but in specific jobs certain traits are known to predict “job fit”-whether you possess traits linked to success in that role. These tests help bē  determine if you’d be happy and comfortable in a position.

So don’t fake it! You can’t change your personality and you shouldn’t have to for a job. You could wind up in a role that isn’t a good match for you and end up where you are now: looking for a new job

Aptitude Tests

Cognitive aptitude tests measure your critical thinking, problem-solving, attention to detail, and ability to learn and use new information. Criteria’s most popular aptitude test is the CCAT, which gives employers an idea of how fast you learn and how well you’ll perform in your new position.

Skills Test

Skills tests allow bē to help you figure out what roles you are best suited to and what level your skills are at for that specific role, over a period of time we will be able to se these results to show you are ready to take the steps forward in your career,

Some tests check your basic math and verbal skills while others confirm that you know how to use a computer, your bartending and service skills or your level of culinary experience.
